Re: Mt. TOP in less than a week! can you believe it!

Hey everyone sorry for the missing couple days. We have had a great two days of projects and day camp. Our service project people completed two-day projects on Wednesday and did one day projects today. The past two days, the day campers went stream hopping and caught crawdads with a ranger, visited an equestrian therapy ministry, did mini service projects, made s'mores, and spent a lot of time serving with the kids of Grundy county.

At camp we have had really great worship services, great food, and a whole lot of fun.

On Friday we are headed out for half-day projects and YRG celebrations in the afternoon.

We can't wait to tell you all about what God is doing up here on the mountain.
Grace and peace,
Phil Brown

Help in the next few days/before the race:
*****Road Signs: The Sunday/Monday before the race we need a car who can put out the sings around the course informing people of the upcoming race. It takes about an hour or a little more. Cakes and Pies: If each of you made just one plate of cookies, one cake, or one pie we would be all set for this St. Luke's tradition of awards. We have runners come back just because of the baked goods we give away as prizes. Kim Fadel is coordinating these: his email is: kimfadel@att.net. This is an easy way to get involved.

Friday night before the race: we will have an open mic kind of night during dinner. We did the same thing last night. It's a great way to help provide a great atmosphere for our preface dinner. We would love for you to be part of that. Dorothy Kitchens is coordinating things there. Her email is: mikeanddorothy@comcast.net

We will also need help with the spaghetti dinner with dishes and cleaning up and welcoming everyone.
